I want you to love your order — but if something’s not right, here’s how we can make it right.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged)
• No returns on custom or personalised pieces unless damaged or faulty
• Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase — after that, the item may already be packed and ready to go
