“I Was Yours” is a reliquary of that ache: a hand-sculpted heart suspended in quiet surrender, bound by rope and framed in matte black like a secret you tried to bury. Month after month, it was built in layers - bandages, torn fabric, dark washes of pigment and hand-painted blood effects that seep like the echoes of old wounds.
Every crease and bruise carries the gravity of time, shaped by the patience and turmoil of returning to it again and again. Threads pull across the surface like the remnants of a story once held close- tender, brutal and hauntingly familiar.
It doesn’t simply hang. It lingers. It remembers. It whispers: I was yours.
